Dear New bonkr,
           In the year 1917, I immigrated to the United States at the age of 17 and during this time they had passed a law that any immigrant over the age of 16 had to be literate in a language. Luckily I am Irish and can pronounce English although in an accent, because intimately of the Asians were banned because of their language in which almost no 1 understood. When I arrived, they asked me to intercommunicate and I did but I did so as to which they could sort of understand me and so, for some reason, they sent me to wiz part of the mess and over every last(predicate), people were just separated by and by into little groups. I assumed because of the language that they would speak in. However, sooner my arrival to Ellis Island, all of us on the ride saw the Statue of liberty, and many of them yelled out to her as if she were real greeting us. Granted that many of us were from different countries in that one boat alone, and therefore speaking different languages, we all knew what the other was saying. I forgot to mention that you would not be arriving hardly on Ellis Island because well, it is not a landing dock anymore, quite an a museum. Actually, today, you might land on a undercover island or somewhere secretive depending on where you come from.
Because, to some, immigrating is unratified unless he/she already has papers, etc, etc. So caution is unimpeachably advised. I also advise that you ask English before coming to the United States because it helps abundantly, for people automatically expect everyone else to speak the same language. Which nowadaysadays, it should not be so hard to learn because in many countries they have English teaching sessions, so go find one! It will make bread and butter here in America so much easier and accelerated to find what one calls, The American Dream.
