"Michael Clayton" on Big Business

An attempt on his bear life nearly succeeds when a car bomb is ingrained in his car, and it is then that Clayton must make a waste move. Finding that Arthur had paid for a young girl convoluted with the case to come and visit him and discovering a chilled bottle of champagne and two glasses in his refrigerator, Clayton realizes that Arthur did not commit suicide. When Clayton uses a slip found among Arthur's things to pick up a stamp order, he finds 1,000 copies of a document incriminating UNorth. In the last-place confrontation, he waits for Karen outside a meeting room and offers to relieve oneself the lawsuit. Gaining her acquiescence on tape via the wire he is wearing, he walks away as she and her team are arrested, thus vindicating the fall Arthur.
