I am very reflective and thoughtful, but I do not do well with change and I proceed on impulse all the time. Motivation is somewhere in between weak and strong. I am highly motivated when I am doing something I love and I lay out energy and passion while doing it, but if isnt something I like to do I have a unfeignedly hard time returnting motivated. One thing that stood out to me in the motivation section was that highly motivated multitude show commitment to the organization.



I believe I symbolize this so far with Moana Hotel and Restaurant Group. I had an internship there, worked for two of their diametrical restaurants, and am going to try and work for the corporate authorisation or at one of the hotels when I graduate. I have this commitment to Moana because I am passionate about hospitality, I respect the company, and I agree with their ideals and values. Social skills are probably the strongest area for me. Ive always had a wide rotary converter of acquaintances and I know how to work with people well.
