Management vs. leading Management is defined as: The act, elan or practice of managing, handling, supervision or control; the someone or persons who control or direct a rail counsel line or other enterprise. Leadership is defined as: The cleverness or ability to lead; give guidance and direction. Managing and track are totally different things, but they share a few of the same basic components. When I think of wariness some of the things that come to mind are money management, frame management and personnel management. Ill use personnel management as my example. Managing usually requires a person to find ways to cater a company, care it grow, utilize assets, and assign duties to the staff virtually able to handle them. You can be in a management position and not have any lead skills. Leadership is a process where a person influences others to get to an objective; they direct the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. Leaders use traits such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge and skills. They use their personal experiences to help make decisions and tell others in position where they will be most effective.



In the military we are required to attend the Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC) before we become Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs). This course helps teen soldiers develop the skills to become great leaders for their units. The course consists of region Navigation, Physical Training, Teambuilding Events and Obstacle Courses. Soldiers learn how to protect their subordinates, through costly training and basic knowledge and skills. This course is a dispute one and not everyone will graduate to become and NCO. genius of the most important attributes of a leader is to be technically proficient in your field; this means you should know your traffic before trying to become the supervisor of your section.
