During the course of a managers career there comes a point where they will save to continue with an uncooperative employee, know as a rocky employee. there is no such thing as a totally rational employee; hence there will always be arduous employees more or less and as a manager it will be your gambol to control them. We have all moveed with them and they are easy to recognize. There is always that one employee you know who always arrives late, take tenacious lunches, and calls off frequently. Difficult employees are no problem outside(a) of work, but when it comes to working with them they can become major irritants.

Even the most self-made manager can struggle when he or she has to deal with employees who are disruptive. This disruptiveness sometimes drains energy from the rest of the workers making the work place uncomfortable.
We are all different. Understand everyone is unique. How we act or react to any situation is based on our single makeup. Some people respond to direct orders: other dont. Its part of your job as a supervisory program to understand this fundamental reality and use it to your advantage (Mehouk, 44).
