This report will dispute how to choose what is right for its company who is facing a brood of competition from its rivals that are already experienced in demand-based circumspection and JIT systems. This is a problem the CEO is concerned with. Therefore, the CEO has asked me to indite a report explaining the challenges of using JIT, the pros and cons, and how they differ from forecast drive systems. This report will also include what non-value and wasted activities drive home to do with lean manufacturing.
