Health Assesment

I have recently become more enthused in a regular fitness regimen and am fairly sure that I am on my way to building a better cardio, mental, and forcible health for myself. However, I eat horribly. This is my last semester at RACC and then I am off to hope broady find a job. The worst part is that the outburst is usually set off by the littlest thing and typically miss-directed. The do of stress on the body were a big inwardness opener to me.
