If mortal incriminate a nonher person who had vigour to do with a crime and can not prove what he did wrong, he will be fined and be put to death. I remember that this is an unfair law and shouldnt be used because why should anybody be charged for something that he/she did not do. I believe that they should investigate what is the truth before pickings any achieve. The person who is accused should be questioned to know what is lawful and what is fake. For me, I wouldnt want to accuse or be accuse because I wouldnt want to be offense charged and be put to death. If I know I did not do anything wrong, Id prove them wrong. In my testify opinion, I think that this law should not be used because if he is not wrong, he should not to charged for something he didnt do. Then, if he is found guilty, consequently he shall be charged and should not be put to death. He should just be taken for a while and released or until he realizes what he had done wrong to the community. The community should not look down on a person whose accused of doing something he wasnt involved.
4 If he satisfies the elders to impose a fine of grain and money, he shall pose the fine that the action produces.
If somebody who wants to trade a grains and money, he will receive something in return. As for me, I think that this is a bang-up law because if you wanted something and willing to trade some of your own goods, you should get the things that you want. I think it should worth what you impose your goods to because then if you give in something that its worth something to you, and you should something that implies to yourself.
