Abstract
Consequently, the presidential termal environment consists of twain national and external comp mavennt (Liebler, 2008, p. 66). My functions as an administrator is to tax and analyze the design of my organization and be able to transform if needed. As the administrator and owner is my job to analyze the complex body part of the organization, designs of the organization and the environment in the organization to suceeed. By organizing the organization on the midland and external factors that will define and shape my organization will maintain the purpose and goals of the organization. Some of the internal factors that have defined and shaped my organization is the organizational structure, internal communication, and strategy. Some of the external factors that have defined and shaped my organization is the economy, external communication, and health c be institutions.
Internal Factors
In the brain of the organizational structure I see my organization as a simple structure organization. Being that my organization is small, employees exercise as a team reporting only to one person.



Some of the advantages are efficiency, flexibility, and responsibilities are usually very spend a penny to everyone (Organization Design, 2011). Efficiency has to do with the employees always organism very efficient when it comes to doing their work and knowing exactly what to do and when to do it without asking questions. Another advantage is the flexibility in the sense of one employee could do any of the positions in the persona if needed. Responsibilities in this type of structure are always cognise by each one of the employees in the office and are quite aware of what needs to be done on a particular day when needed.
